Tax exemption

The Foundation is exempt from corporate income tax because it promotes charitable and non-profit purposes, public health and public health care, youth welfare, assistance for the elderly, art and culture, and welfare.

According to the exemption notice of the tax office Munich under the tax number 143/235/77650 of 04 January 2017, according to §5 Abs.1 No 9 KStG exempt from corporate income tax and according to §3 No 6 GewStG from trade tax.
